Terms - Website terms and conditions
These terms cover use of the Martins Works website. Any client work is covered separately by the proposal, agreement, or terms accepted for that project.
Last updated: 14 July 2026.
Using this site
You may browse the site and use its planning resources for ordinary personal or internal business purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a way that breaks applicable law.
Site content
Articles, guides, and project descriptions are general information, not legal, financial, or other regulated advice. Care is taken when publishing them, but they may not fit your circumstances and may become out of date. Check important decisions against your own requirements and obtain specialist advice where appropriate.
Enquiries and project work
Sending project details or receiving a reply does not create a client relationship or commit either side to work. A project begins only when its scope, price, timing, and applicable terms have been agreed in writing.
Any indicative timing, budget, or availability discussed before that point can change as the requirements become clearer.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site's original text, design, branding, and other materials belong to Martins Works or are used with permission. You may link to pages and quote short extracts with clear attribution. Do not republish, reproduce, sell, or present substantial parts of the site as your own without written permission.
Client names, marks, and project materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Links and availability
Links to other websites are provided for context or convenience. Martins Works does not control their content, availability, or privacy practices. The aim is to keep this site available and accurate, but uninterrupted access or an error-free site cannot be guaranteed.
Responsibility
Martins Works is not responsible for losses caused by relying on general site content without considering whether it is suitable for your situation, or by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility, remedy, or consumer right that the law says cannot be excluded or limited.
Privacy and changes
The privacy notice explains how information submitted through the site is handled. These website terms may change when the site or the way it operates changes. The date above shows the latest published version.
